What's added on top of Content Engine
Six new operational layers.
Everything in Content Engine stays (social, email, blog, images, ads, SEO/GEO). Growth Engine adds the modules that turn a content operation into a full growth stack.

Before Growth Engine we had four agencies, six tools, and no one looking at the full picture. Now one short morning report tells us what happened across marketing, support and pricing, and what we should do about it. We cancelled three subscriptions in the first month – and kept our two best people on strategy.”
FAQ
Common questions
What's actually different from Content Engine?
Growth Engine keeps everything in Content Engine and adds four areas on top: AI customer service answering emails and chat, pricing signals that react to competitors and demand, cart and checkout recovery emails, and a unified dashboard that reads across every platform. The morning report gets materially smarter because it now sees support tickets, pricing pressure, and checkout drop-off alongside marketing data.
Do you replace my team?
No. We work alongside your team. Your people keep the big calls, the relationships, and the brand thinking. We take care of the day-to-day that keeps falling behind: content, customer replies, email flows, pricing updates, and the morning report. Everything runs through your approval first.
Who is Growth Engine actually for?
Shopify brands at roughly £1M to £5M GMV that have stopped being small but haven't yet built a full in-house team. The usual pattern: a founder plus one or two generalists, four to six agencies, six to eight SaaS tools, and a growing sense that nothing is talking to anything. If that's you, Growth Engine brings it together.
What does onboarding look like?
Week one we map your current setup, see what's working, and decide what stays. Week two we connect customer service, set up pricing rules, plug in every data source, and start running the content. By day 14 the morning report lands each day with decisions for you to approve. Your team keeps access to everything the whole time.
Do I need to rip out my existing tools?
No. We plug into your Shopify, Klaviyo or Mailchimp, Gorgias or Zendesk, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and whatever else you run. If a tool is earning its fee, it stays. Many clients find they can cancel three to five SaaS subscriptions within 60 days because they've gone quiet – but we never force it.
What's the typical saving versus my current setup?
Clients at this stage usually trim £4,000 to £8,000 of monthly spend across a content agency, a customer service outsourcer, a pricing tool, and two or three SaaS subscriptions. Growth Engine is £2,999. The saving is real, but the bigger win tends to be that decisions happen faster because everything is one conversation.
Can I upgrade from Content Engine later?
Yes. Most clients start on Content Engine, see the output, and upgrade within two to three months once they trust the system. The pricing and output change at cycle turnover, no pro-rata mess. If you're already at this stage, starting here saves a step.
What happens if I want to cancel?
30 days notice, no penalty. You keep every asset produced, every piece of content, every report, every SOP. The first 30 days are a money-back pilot: if the first month's work doesn't meet the brief, we refund. No contracts, no lock-in.
What's the cancellation policy?
Monthly rolling, 30 days' notice. The first 30 days are a money-back pilot — if Growth Engine isn't delivering value by day 30, we refund. You keep every asset, dashboard, SOP, and piece of intelligence we've built for you. No lock-in, no restrictive licensing, no clawback clauses.
