Common questions
Do you replace my team?
No. We work alongside your team. Your people keep owning brand, strategy, and the relationships with your customers. We take care of the daily work that keeps falling behind – the social posts, the emails, the product photos, the blog, the reports. Your team approves everything before it goes live.
Klaviyo or Mailchimp: which do you support?
Both, fully. We connect to whichever platform you already use during onboarding. Nothing to migrate, no tool changes required.
What if the content doesn't match my brand voice?
We learn your brand during onboarding – your tone, your products, your past content, your competitors, the words you use and the words you never use. Every piece goes through Slack or Telegram for approval before it goes live. If a draft isn't right, tap reject and it comes back rewritten. Nothing publishes without your say. Heritage and premium brands tell us this is tighter than a freelancer, because the brand knowledge never drifts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tier mid-month?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle – no pro-rata mess, no mid-month confusion. 30 days notice either way. If you upgrade, the new tier's work starts the day the cycle flips. If you downgrade, nothing you already have is taken away.
What platforms do you post to for social?
Instagram, Facebook and X. TikTok is on the roadmap. We don't currently cover LinkedIn – most of our clients are consumer brands and the return isn't there.
Can I approve everything before it goes out?
Yes. Every email, every social post, every blog draft, every ad design lands in Slack or Telegram for your approval. Approve and it goes live. Reject and it comes back rewritten. Nothing publishes without your say.
What about my existing tools and team?
We work with what you already have – Shopify, Klaviyo or Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics. Nothing to migrate. If you have a freelancer or in-house person, they stay focused on strategy and the relationships while we handle the volume.
What if I need more than what's listed?
Add-ons are available for SMS marketing, loyalty, voice AI, and additional digital employees. Each one is a flat monthly fee with no surprises. Book a free 25-minute call and we'll scope what you need.
What if I want less?
Content Engine is one bundle because the pieces work together – photos feed social, social feeds email, email feeds blog traffic, blog traffic feeds SEO. Pulling one out breaks the loop. If you genuinely want a smaller scope, tell us on the call and we'll build something custom.
Who owns the assets?
You do. Every image, email, blog post, and ad design is yours to keep permanently, even if you cancel. No licensing conditions or restrictions.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time with 30 days notice. The first 30 days are a money-back pilot: if the first month's work doesn't meet the brief, we issue a full refund. No contracts, no lock-in.
